Monster Island (2019)

The 2019 mockbuster Monster Island from The Asylum, released ironically at the same moment as Godzilla King of the Monsters is about an Island called Monster Island. There, a monster could be found, and the Monster Island will be named after him.


As this is a movie about an asylum, it has a budget about equivalent to a huge kid's meal and utilizes it carefully. It focuses on a limited number of characters, and all sequences are shot during lunch. The Asylum may be doing well with it. However, let's not forget this being the kaiju style and... that is kind (see video) of how they do.
